In the right hands, all clubfeet can be corrected.
You just need to find the right hands (doctor OR physiotherapist usually depending on location) who has the skills required to correct these special feet.. There are no examples either in the medical literature, nor in anecdotal evidence, of any clubfeet could not be initially corrected without surgery. This is why we will always recommend seeing the most skilled doctors when a local doctor can not correct the feet properly.
Clubfoot wants to relapse however, and this is why it must be braced through all the major growth spurts, up to and sometimes beyond the age of 6 or 7.
Bracing is usually 4-5y. With some few feet needing additional bracing or treatment beyond that age. Most feet will not need this.
Most feet will be fully functional and pain free for a lifetime.
Keep in mind that most feet does not equal all feet. Some feet will need additional treatment and potentially require the ATTT minorly invasive tendon transfer surgery However this rate is very low when the Ponseti Method is practiced properly, and specifically, as descibed by Dr Ponseti and research.
